Mug cakes are easy to make. Just measure all the ingredients directly into your mug and give it a stir. This recipe is given strawberry flavour.
4 tbsp All purpose flour
2 tbsp Sugar
¼ tsp Baking powder
3 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp melted Butter
2 chopped Strawberry
For Streusel topping
1 tbsp cold Butter
1 ½ tbsp All purpose flour
1 ½ tbsp Brown sugar
¼ tsp Vanilla essence
In a microwave safe mug add flour, sugar, milk, butter and baking powder and mix well.
Now add the chopped strawberries and mix well.
For making the topping, In a bowl add flour, brown sugar, cold butter and vanilla essence. Rub well until it resembles like bread crumbs.
Sprinkle the streusel on the top of the cake batter spreading out evenly.
Microwave for 1 ½ to 2 minute or until it is firm on top
Now your Mug Cake is ready to serve.
*Brown sugar can be replaced with white if needed.
*Depending on your microwave it may take more or less time
