Chocolate Ombre Cake/Vancho Pound Cake

Chocolate Ombre Cake is a colourful cake where the colour graduated from light to dark. Ombre is the French word meaning shades from dark to light. Vancho is the short form of vanilla and chocolate

Ingredients

2 cup all purpose flour

3 eggs

200 gram butter

3 tbsp cocoa powder

100 gram chocolate

1 ½ cup sugar

1/3 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tsp Baking powder

Method

Mix eggs milk and vanilla in a bowl and keep it  aside.

In an another bowl add flour, sugar and baking powder and mix well. Then add butter whisk well.  Next add the wet ingredients and whisk well until everything is incorporated.

Melt the chocolate and add 3 tbsp cocoa powder and mix well. if needed add 2 tbsp milk.

Divide the dough into 3 equal part in three bowls.. Add 1 tbsp chocolate mix to the first bowl and mix well. To the second add the the remaining chocolate mix and mix well. Third bowl leave it like that,

Now grease loaf pan and spread evenly the batter in the second bowl {darker one} . Then spread the batter in the first bowl with 1 tbsp chocolate mix. Last layer is vanilla.  Spread  it evely and bake it @180 degree for 45 to 50 minutes
