Bread Pizza – Two ways

Bread pizza is a quick , instant and tasty pizza made on a tawa/pan or oven. These recipes are easy to make for a brunch or evening snack.

Ingredients

12 Bread slices

2tsp chilli sauce

 3tbsp tomato ketchup

3 tbsp chopped onion

3 tbsp Boiled corn

3 tbsp chopped red bell pepper

3 tbsp chopped green bell pepper

3 tbsp chopped yellow bell pepper

½ tsp salt

½ pizza seasoning

½ cup mozzarella cheese

½ tsp chilli flakes

2 tbsp ghee /butter

Method

Add chilli sauce to tomato ketchup and mix well to form a pizza sauce.

In a bowl add chopped onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, boiled corn, salt mozzarella cheese  and chilli flakes. Mix well.

Cut four bread slices into discs using a cutter.

Spread  pizza sauce on the discs and  spread the veggie fillings on the top of the base.

Top it with some mozzarella cheese.

Heat a pan and place the bread pizzas on it.

Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Now the bread pizza is ready to serve.

Method II

Add the pizza sauce to the veggie mix prepared earlier.

Cut 8 discs from the bread slices. Cut rings from four discs.

Spread butter on the top of the discs. Place the ring on the top of the disc and fill the veggie mix.

Top it with some mozzarella cheese. Apply butter on the rim.

Heat a pan and place the bead pizzas on it.

Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Enjoy the pizza!
