Indian Roti Tacos are easy to make. It requires only a handful of left over rotis, some veggies, cheese, spices and ketchup.
Ingredients for potato fillings:
4 boiled and mashed potatoes
1 cup boiled green peas
1 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp chopped ginger
2 chopped green chillies
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp salt
Mix mashed potatoes, cooked green peas, onions , chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, grated cheese, turmeric powder, chat masala, chilli powder and salt.
Fold the rotis into half and then again to quarter.
Fill in the potato filling in each pocket and top it with a spoon of ketchup and with some sev to add more crunch.
In a pan add 2 tbsp oil and shallow fry your tacos until golden colour on all sides.
Your roti tacos are ready to serve.
