This is an easy,delicious, moist cake baked in a pan on the stove top. This is a perfect dessert.
150 ml milk
60 ml vegetable oil
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2tsp baking powder
3/4cup of flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
Slice the bananas. Sprinkle sugar in a pan and arrange the sliced bananas.
Whisk egg, vanilla essence, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Now add milk and oil and mix well.
Add the baking powder and flour little by little and mix well.
Scrape the batter over the banana slices and gently smooth the top.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on stove top on medium or low flame for 20 minutes.
Open the lid and run a knife around the edge of the pan .
Let it sit for 15 minutes, then carefully invert the cake onto a serving platter
