Oreo pops are quick, easy and beautiful substitute for cake pops. These cute Oreo cookie pops are dipped in white chocolate and decorated with pretty sprinkles, candy eyes or gems. This is perfect for any party.
Sprinkles and chocolate vermicelli
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or in a microwave. To make oreo pops, first divide the cookies. Next dip popsicle sticks in the melted chocolate and press it into the creamy center of the oreo. Place the divided half of the cookie back and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Take the cookies out of the refrigerator and dip the entire cookie into the chocolate and place on a baking paper (reheat the chocolate if hardens)
Top with sprinkles of your choice and leave to set for 10 minutes. Here for few I have used chocolate vermicelli for hair, candy eyes and M&M for red nose
