Spinach/Palak and Corn Pakoda

Palak and Corn Pakoda is a crispy and delicious recipe which is also easy to prepare. Enjoy this delicious pakoda with a cup of hot tea.

Ingredients

2 cups chopped Palak

½ cup Corn

1 cup Besan

½ tsp Chilli powder

¼ tsp Turmeric powder

¼ tsp hing

Salt as needed

Oil for deep frying

Method

Chop the palak finely. Cook the corn and take out one by one or else you can use the frozen corn.

In bowl add chopped palak, corn besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, hing and salt. Sprinkle little water to this and make this into a tight dough. You can also add 2 tbsp rice flour to make it crispy.

Heat oil in a pan and when it becomes hot, take small portion of the mixture and put it in the oil.

Deep fry on both sides in a medium flame. Drain in a kitchen towel.

Enjoy palak corn pakoda with hot cup of tea.
