This is a quick and easy chocolate recipe and very delicious. If you have left over chocolate chip then give this recipe a try.
½ cup milk chocolate
¼ cup chopped nuts and raisins
Silicone chocolate mould
Finely chop the nuts ( I used almonds and cashews )and dry roast them on medium flame till you get nice aroma.
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Add the chopped nuts and raisins to the melted chocolate and mix well
Fill the mould with the melted chocolate mixture and tap it so that it evenly spreads.
Keep it in freezer for 20 minutes.
Remove the chocolates from the mould and store it in an air tight container.
