This smoothie recipe is very simple and delicious. Smoothies are a great way to get extra nutrition. It is full of protein, fiber and vitamins.
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh raspberries
2 table spoon honey
1 cup ice cubes
In a blender add 1 cup yogurt, 1 cup raspberries, 1 cup ice cubes and 2 tbsp honey (might need more if you like your smoothies more sweet). Blend until smooth and thick. Pour mixture into glasses .Top it with fresh berries or granola or chopped almonds.
