Mango Ginger Yogurt Popsicle

These Popsicle are cool, creamy and refreshing.  This is a combination of sweet mango, tangy yogurt and ginger. These frozen pops make a quick and refreshing dessert on a hot day.


1 medium size ripe mango chopped

¾ cup yogurt/thick curd

3 or 4 mint leaves

4 table spoon sugar/honey

1tsp grated ginger


Add all the ingredients in to a blender. Puree it until smooth.

Pour the mixture into Popsicle moulds. If you dont have a popsicle mould you can use a a paper cup and insert an ice cream stick. Freeze at least 4-5 hours.

To remove the Popsicle show the mould under  running water for a few seconds. The popsicle will slide out easily.
