Instant Crispy Carrot Dosa

Carrot dosa is a healthy and a wonderful breakfast idea for kids with its natural colour and flavour. Carrot dosa is a simple dosa which can be made instantly and without any fermentation. Serve these dosas immediately with chutney or sambar to enjoy the flavours!

Ingredients

2 cups Idli Rice

2 cups Grated Carrot

2 tblsp  Urad Dal

4 Green chillies

Salt

Oil for making dosa

Method

Wash and Soak the rice and urad dal for three hours

Grind the carrot and green chillies into a smooth paste

Next  grind  rice  with salt into a smooth paste. Mix both the batter into a dosa  consistency

Heat  a tawa and pour one ladle of the batter and spread it out as thin as possible

Drizzle  few drops of oil and cook in a medium flame. Flip the dosa and cook the other side

Serve hot the   crispy dosa with coconut chutney
