Nothing tastes better on a hot summer day than the homemade ice pops. These are much easier to make and less involved than making an ice cream. All you need is some fresh fruits and coconut water.
I cup of coconut water
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
Add 1 tbsp of sugar to the coconut water and mix well.
Slice kiwi in half, remove the fruit from skin with a spoon and thinly slice into rounds
Layer the kiwi in the Popsicle mould
Pour the coconut water till the top of the mould and insert Popsicle stick into the mould.
Place the mould into the freezer for about 6 hours
Once done run the mold under water and release the popsicles
¼ cup coconut water
1 table spoon sugar/honey
Slice one kiwi in half and spoon out the flesh and thinly slice into rounds
Take the flesh of the other two kiwis and place it in a blender
Blend it for a few seconds by adding coconut water. Be careful not to over blend to avoid the seeds breaking
Add sugar or honey to this and mix well
Layer the kiwi cut into rounds into the mould
Pour the mixture into the Popsicle mould and insert Popsicle stick into the mould.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 6 hours
