Cinnamon Rolls

Today I am sharing you with a cinnamon roll recipe. A cinnamon roll is a sweet roll served commonly in northern Europe and America. It is commonly eaten for breakfast or dessert. These cinnamon rolls are incredibly soft and fluffy and can be made in just 45 minutes


1/2 cup warm warm water

1 Tblsp sugar

1 Tblsp yeast

3 Tblsp butter

1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour

For Filling:

3 Tblsp butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 Tblsp cinnamon powder


In a bowl, stir the yeast, sugar and warm water. Allow to rest for 10 minutes until it is very foamy.

Add butter and mix well. now add the flour and mix well until all the dough comes together

On a lightly floured board roll the dough into a rectangular shape

Mix the butter, sugar and cinnamon powder

Spread it all over the dough, carefully roll up the dough with the long side of the dough. Using a knife cut into 6 or 7 rolls

Place the rolls into a lightly buttered cake pan. Allow to rest for 20 minutes

Heat the oven to 200 c . Bake for 15 minutes.

Spread topping of your choice on warm rolls, you can use a simple powdered sugar glaze.

You can also refrigerate the rolls overnight and bake in the morning. Put the rolls in the pan and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. In the morning pull the rolls out and let them come to room temperature and rise a little. This will take 2-3 hours
