Ingredients
3 large fresh bay leaves
11/2 cup of water
1 tsp sugar
Milk (optional)
Method
Add the bay leaves and water to a pan
Cover and boil over high flame for 3 minute
Remove the pan from the heat and let the tea steep for 2 minutes
Strain and add sugar. If using milk only use a small splash as too much milk dilute the flavour of the tea
