Drumstick Leaves and Egg Stir fry

This is a healthy and tasty south Indian preparation. Drumstick leaves contains plenty of vitamins, protein, calcium and potassium,



3 cup Drumstick leaves

3 eggs

2 medium onions chopped

3 cloves chopped garlic

3 green chillies chopped

1/4 tsp Mustard seeds

i/4 tsp turmeric powder

oil as required

Salt as per taste



Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds

Now,add chopped onion, green chillies and garlic and saute well


Beat eggs in a bowl and add salt to it

Then pour in the beaten egg mixture and scramble well

Once the eggs are scrambled add the drumstick leaves , turmeric powder and salt

Saute in medium flame until drumstick leaves are cooked. Stir occasionally.

Remove from heat and serve with chapathi or Rice
