Ingredients
Raw Rice 2 cups
Grated coconut 2 cups
Drumstick leaves 2 cups
Oil as needed
Salt to taste
Water as required
Method
Soak the rice for 4-5 hours
Grind rice, coconut and salt into a smooth paste
Clean drumstick leaves and add this to the batter and mix well.
Add enough water to make the batter thin
Heat a dosa tawa and pour a ladleful of batter and spread it like dosa
Sprinkle little oil and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes
Then flip the dosa and cook on the other side
Serve hot with coconut chutney
