Mini Idli are prepared in mini idli stand. Follow the traditional method of making idlis. Podi is a coarse powder of ground and roasted red chillies, sesame seed, chana dal and urad dal.
Ingredients
Mini Idlis 2 cups
Ghee 2 tbsp
Idli Podi 3-4 tbsp
Method
Place a pan and add Ghee to it. Once the Ghee is hot add the idlis to the pan. Stir the idlis for a few seconds and then add in Idli podi. Mix well so that each piece of idli get evenly coated in the podi. Transfer to serving plate and garnish with chopped corriander (optional)
