Beetroot 2 medium size
Peanut half cup
Chopped onion 1
Urad dal 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
Red chillies 2 nos
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli powder ½ teaspoon
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoon
Peel the beetroot and grate it
Fry peanuts until they are crunchy
Take a pan and add some oil. Add the grated beetroot to it.
Add salt , turmeric powder and chilli powder to it
Fry them on medium flame. When beets root is almost done turn of the flame
For tempering take a pan and add oil.
When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and when it crackle add urad dal, red chillies and curry leaves and fry them for a minute
Add chopped onions. When the onions turn brown add the beetroot and mix well
Add roasted peanuts and turn off the flame
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
