Bitter gourd Fry



Bitter gourd                   1

Bengal gram flour        2 tbsp

Turmeric powder          1 tsp

Red chilli powder         1 tsp

Rice flour                        2 tbsp

Ginger Garlic paste      1 tsp

Vinegar.                           2 tbsp



Few Curry leaves


Slice bitter gourd into thin rounds.

Take water in a vessel add salt and vinegar to it,

Now put the bitter gourd slices into it and leave for 15 minutes,

Wash this well and drain off the water.

Take a bowl, add a pinch of salt and add all the other ingredients and bitter gourd (except oil and curry leaves) and mix well.

Heat oil for deep frying.

Drop bitter gourd in hot oil and fry till golden,

Garnish with fried curry leaves
