Ingredients
Bourbon chocolate biscuits large 1 pkt
Eno salt 1 pkt
Milk 1 cup
Chopped nuts 2 tbsp
Choco chips 2tbsp
Method
Grind the biscuits in mixer, then put them in a bowl.
Add milk and mix well to get a smooth batter
Add eno to the batter and mix well
Take a steamer put water in it and boil it, transfer the batter to the greased tin and garnish with chopped nuts and choco chips on the top.
Steam it for 30 minutes on low flame.
Insert a toothpick in the center of the cake, if it comes out clean then the cake is perfectly cooked.
Remove the tin and let it cool completely. Once it is cooled, remove the cake from the tin
