Ingredients
Grated ripe papaya 1 cup
Sugar ½ cup
Coconut 1 cup
Cardamom powder a pinch
Milk powder 2 tbsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Method
Heat ghee in a pan and put the papaya. Cook till soft .
Mix sugar and coconut in to it. Stir and cook for few more minutes till it separating from the sides of pan
Add milk powder and cardamom and remove from the flame.
Keep the burfi on the flat dish and flatten well. Allow it to cool and cut into desired shape . Garnish with cashew and serve cooled.
