Corn Idiyappam

Add  3 cups of  corn  idiyappam  podi and salt to taste to 4 cups of boiling water. Mix it thoroughly   when cooled, knead it with hands to make it soft. Brush the idli plates with oil . Press the idiyappam strings onto idli plates. Once the dough is pressed, transfer the plates to a steamer and steam for 10 minutes. Rest the idli plates for 5 minutes before removing the idiyappam. Serve it with stew or sweet coconut milk.
