INGREDIENTS:
Oats – 1.5 cup
All Purpose Flour – 1/2 cup
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
Raisins (soaked) – 1/4 cup
Cinnamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Granulated White Sugar – ½ cup.
Honey – 2 tsp
Milk- 2 tbsp
Butter – 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 C. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
- Sift the flour into a bowl. Mix in rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda.and raisins
- In an another bowl mix butter, honey,vanilla essence and milk , Now add to the premixed dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. Spoon onto a baking tray and shape into rounds.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Leave to cool for 5 minutes before removing from tray.
